• Vendors: name, business name, email, phone, ABN, payout details, menu content.
• Customers: name, phone number (for pickup notifications), order history.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical: IP address, device, browser, cookies, and analytics data.

3. How we use it

• To run the Service — accounts, menus, orders, payments, notifications.
• To improve reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
• To send service updates. Marketing emails only with your consent — opt out anytime.

4. Sharing

We share information only with trusted providers required to deliver the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting), and email providers. Vendors receive the customer details needed to fulfil their order. We do not sell your data.

5. Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Servers may be located in Australia or other regions operated by our providers. We retain data only as long as needed for the Service or to meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work.
